David Koretz, President
David Koretz is a serial entrepreneur who has founded six companies by the age of 30. He is currently CEO of BlueTie and President & CEO of Mykonos Software. Under the leadership of Mr. Koretz, BlueTie has been a three-time recipient of Forbes Magazine "Best of the Web," the Ad-Tech Award for Best B2B Transaction Website, and winner of the AlwaysOn/KPMG Top 100 private companies.
Mr. Koretz currently serves on the board of directors of Earthlink, BlueTie, Adventive, and Mykonos Software. He also serves on several charitable boards including RIT President's Roundtable, the RIT School of Computing, and the Young Entrepreneur's Academy. Mr. Koretz was a recipient of the "40 Under 40 Award," and the "Rising Star Award," He has completed executive education at Harvard University and Stanford University.
In his free time, Mr. Koretz races cars and has completed the Cannonball Run - One Lap of America, a 5,000 mile race around America. He is a mountain climber that has climbed two of the Seven Summits, a world traveler to more than 50 countries, an award-winning documentary photographer, and a frequent speaker about entrepreneurship. He writes a monthly column for MediaPost.

Victor Pinenkov, VP Engineering
Victor Pinenkov is responsible for managing all Mykonos application development engineering staff. Mr. Pinenkov has worked in various senior positions at BlueTie since 1999, where he acquired deep technology and architecture experience delivering complex, multi-tenant, real-time collaboration web applications as a service to over 4 million users. Prior to joining BlueTie, Mr. Pinenkov held senior positions at Digital Corp and Rochester-based ICIS. He has a Master of Science degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Al Huizenga, Director of Product Management
As Director of Product Management, Al Huizenga establishes the Mykonos market strategy and ensures the product meets the needs of web application developers in the enterprise. Mr. Huizenga has 11 years experience managing and marketing technology products for leading Canadian companies, including Cognos Inc., Platform Computing, and Panorama Software. Mr. Huizenga has a Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario.

Levent Engin, Director of Services Delivery
As the Director of Services Delivery, Levent Engin is responsible for the overall client relationship strategy and execution as well as for ensuring excellence in delivery of all Mykonos service offerings. Mr. Engin has over 10 years experience in managing complex IT projects for leading companies, including EDS, HP and is largely responsible for implementing Agile software development processes for the company. Mr. Engin is PMP certified and has a Bachelors of Science degree from Saint John Fisher College in Rochester, New York.

Kyle Adams, Architect
As architect and lead developer for Mykonos, Kyle Adams has final responsibility for code quality and technical excellence. Mr. Adams is an undergraduate at the Rochester Institute of Technology, earning a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science with a minor in Criminal Justice. He wrote his first password protection software at age 10, started hacking incessantly, and was writing his own encryption software by age 14. An AJAX expert and enthusiast, Mr. Adams has worked on scores of web application projects as a freelancer and entrepreneur. At BlueTie, Mr. Adams re-wrote the application framework that drives their SaaS based email and collaboration platform. That framework was the beginning of Mykonos.
