David Koretz, Chairman and CEO
David Koretz is the Chairman and CEO of Mykonos Software, the leader in deception-based cyber-security. Under Mr. Koretz’s leadership, Mykonos was named a 2010 Gartner Cool Vendor, winner of the Secure Computing Magazine Innovator’s Throwdown, and the 2011 SINET 16. From age 14, he has founded six technology companies including BlueTie and Adventive and still serves on the board of directors of both companies.
Mr. Koretz also serves on the board of directors of Earthlink, the Dean’s Council for the RIT School of Computing, and the board of trustees of the Rochester Institute of Technology. Mr. Koretz received a Small Business Management certificate from RIT at age 17, and has completed executive education at Harvard University and Stanford University.
Mr. Koretz is a monthly columnist for MediaPost Magazine, the inventor of a dozen US technology and cybersecurity patents, and a frequent speaker on technology.
B. Thomas Golisano, Board Member
Tom Golisano founded Paychex in Rochester, NY in 1971 with the goal of serving the small business market as a provider of payroll and human resource solutions. After leading the industry as an Inc. 500 company several years in a row, in 1983 he took Paychex public on the NASDAQ exchange and has led the amazing growth of the company ever since. Today, the company has over 9,300 employees and serves approximately 500,000 clients, with fiscal 2003 sales of nearly $1.1 billion. In January 2004, Paychex was named one of the 26 best-managed companies in America by Forbes magazine. In February of the same year, Fortune magazine named Paychex one of the most admired companies in America, as well as being named to Fortune's annual list of "100 Best Companies To Work For" in America for the third straight year.
Walter Turek, Board Member
Walter Turek served as senior vice president of sales and marketing for Paychex, Inc., a publicly traded, leading provider of payroll, human resource services, and benefits outsourcing solutions for small-to-medium-sized businesses, located in Rochester, N.Y. During his 27-year career at Paychex, Turek provided the sales leadership and marketing innovation to help grow the company to more than 500,000 clients with revenues of approximately $2 billion and a market capitalization of approximately $10 billion. Turek also served as president of Stromberg, a provider of time and labor workforce management solutions, and as president of Rapid Payroll, a payroll software company, both of which were wholly-owned subsidiaries of Paychex. Turek currently serves on the board of directors for Mykonos Software, Blue Tie, and Greenway Medical Technologies.
Jeff Clarke, Board Member
Jeff Clarke is Executive Chairman of the Travelport Board of Directors, appointed in June 2011. Jeff leads Travelport.s strategic investments - including serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Orbitz Worldwide - mergers and acquisitions and corporate development in coordination with the CEO and board of directors. Previously, from May, 2006 through May, 2011, Jeff was Chief Executive Officer and President of Travelport, and served as a Director on the Travelport Board of Directors.
Prior to Travelport, Jeff was Chief Operating Officer for CA, Inc. (formerly Computer Associates). Before joining CA, Inc., Jeff was Executive Vice President, Global Operations for Hewlett-Packard Company (HP). As Executive Vice President, Merger Integration, Jeff played a key role in integrating the operations, financials and cultures of HP and Compaq Computer Corporation, following the $19 billion merger of the two companies. Jeff began his career with Digital Equipment Corporation in 1985. He joined Compaq in 1998 following its acquisition of Digital and served in various positions of increasing responsibility in strategic finance before being appointed Compaq.s Chief Financial Officer in 2001.
Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University. Jeff is a board member of Red Hat, Inc., an NYSE listed firm and a member of the Geneseo Foundation Board of Directors.
Mike Jones, Board Member
Mike is Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager of Federated Clover Investment Advisors. Along with managing the business activities of the firm, Mike participates in the development of investment strategy, assists in portfolio management and has a significant role in client communications. He received a B.A. in Biology and Psychology from the University of Rochester, where he currently serves as a Trustee.
